About Me

I am a positive coaching psychologist with a BSc degree in Psychology and MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. I am a member of the British Psychological Society and work according to the BPS Code of Ethics. I provide individual and relationship counseling; personal and career coaching services. I am very passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals and fulfill their potential so they can make positive changes in their lives. My work focuses on optimising people`s happiness and well being and helping them to overcome difficulties in their lives and become more resilient. I have experience of working with highly sensitive information and have been trained in confidentiality and data protection policies. Throughout my career; I have been involved with many charity organizations. I have worked and volunteered in mental health and disability charities such as MIND and MENCAP.

In addition to my private work; I manage advocacy services as a qualified senior advocate for a nationwide charity and specialise in the Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, and Care Act advocacy. I have supported many clients with mental health difficulties, physical disabilities, cognitive impairment, and dementia. I am also qualified as a mental health first aider and trained in Hate crime and Suicide prevention.
